A fourth-generation Calgary resident who takes pride in his roots and is deeply committed to his community. With 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Jermiah has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to build quality structures that stand the test of time.
But Jermiah’s commitment to quality and excellence extends beyond his work in construction. As a family man and proud father of two hard-working boys, he knows that the most important things in life are the relationships we build and the legacy we leave behind. He is deeply invested in his family and takes every opportunity to create lasting memories with them.
Whether he is on the job site or spending time with his loved ones, Jermiah is always focused on doing his best and living up to the high standards he sets for himself. He is a dedicated professional, a loving father, and a proud member of the Calgary community.

Leroy Avery
A lifelong resident of Calgary, for 40 years he has been involved in the construction industry, working in all areas of commercial and residential construction. His experience has given him a deep understanding of the construction process, from planning and design to building and finishing.
But Leroy’s passion for helping others doesn’t stop there. He also operates a group home for autistic disadvantaged kids. This is a cause that is near and dear to his heart, and he is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for these children to grow and thrive.
Through his work in construction and his commitment to helping others, Leroy has made a positive impact on the community. He believes that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and he is proud to be able to make a difference in the lives of those around him.
